The Care-A-Lot Awards Contest ("Contest") allows entrants to nominate themselves or another person to win one of five Care Bears awards based on how well they personify the spirit and character of Togetherness Bear, Funshine Bear, Cheer Bear, Share Bear or Tenderheart Bear. The Contest begins on 10/22/25 at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ends on 11/9/25 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) (the "Promotion Period"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest.
The Contest is open only to residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.
To enter the Contest, entrants must sign into the Contest website at CareBears.com/CareALotAwards2025, and submit the nomination form naming which one of Togetherness Bear, Funshine Bear, Cheer Bear, Share Bear or Tenderheart Bear they or the person they are nominating best embody and the actions they have taken in the spirit of their chosen bear. Nominations may be made only between 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) [October 22, 2025] and 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) [November 9, 2025]. Nominations should not exceed 100 words, and the nomination form must be completed in its entirety and submitted before the nomination deadline in order to be eligible to win. You can only enter once and you will be eligible only to win the award associated with the specific Care Bear you named in your nomination. If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you must certify that the person you are nominating is eligible to participate in the Contest and has consented to you nominating them.
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/Contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant's Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.
All valid entries will be reviewed by Sponsor, who will submit up to five (5) valid entries to a panel of [five (5)] judges to determine the winner of each of the Tenderheart Bear Trophy, Share Bear Trophy, Cheer Bear Trophy, Funshine Bear Trophy and Togetherness Bear Trophy (the “Winners”). The five (5) Winners will be selected based on a subjective determination of their alignment with their chosen Care Bear’s personality and the impact of the actions disclosed in the nomination. Below is the criteria that will be used to determine each award Winner:
Description: For the individuals who believe in the power of unity. Just like Togetherness Bear, they bring people together with love, care, and a sense of community. This award goes to the ones who inspire togetherness, creating spaces where everyone feels connected, heard, and supported. They lead by example, showing that we’re stronger when we come together.
Description: This award is for the one who lights up the room like Funshine Bear does with that infectious, feel-good energy. They spread joy, laughter, and good vibes everywhere they go. Whether they’re cracking jokes, creating memories, or just making life brighter, they show us that the best way to spread love is with a smile.
Description: This award celebrates the ultimate cheerleader, the one who’s always there to hype others up, no matter what. Just like Cheer Bear, they’re the first to celebrate someone’s win, boost their confidence, and spread the energy. Whether it’s through encouragement or just showing up when it matters, they make everyone feel like a star.
Description: This award honors the person who gives from the heart, just like Share Bear. They show us that true generosity isn’t just about giving things, it’s about giving love, care, and time. Whether it’s lending a hand, sharing resources, or simply offering their support, they make the world a better place through their generosity.
Description: This award celebrates those who lead with emotional intelligence, kindness, and compassion. Just like Tenderheart Bear, they understand that leadership is about lifting others up, not just guiding them. They lead with empathy, showing us that true leadership comes from the heart.
Only one (1) Winner will be selected for each award, and the odds of winning any award will depend on the number of valid entries submitted. All judging decisions are final and not subject to review.
Each Winner will receive a trophy reflecting the bear they embody. The ARV of each trophy is as follows:
Total approximate value of prizes included in the Contest (not given as individual prizes) is $3,000 USD.
Only 5 prizes will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The five (5) Winners will be announced on November 13, 2025 during a reveal event on Care Bears owned social channels, and then also will be notified by e-mail on or about November 14, 2025. Winners will have until 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on November 16, 2025 to accept their Award. Failure to respond to the Winner notification within the specified time, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Award Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address reflected in the Contest entry form. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
